Hotpot is a type of traditional cuisine from certain regions of China.
Food is cooked by introducing the ingredients chosen in a “hot pot” located in the center of the table.
The pot contains a series of broths of different flavors.

Depending on the type of food being treated (Meat, fish, vegetables …) the cooking time varies.
Once the food has been cooked in the pot, it will be seasoned on a plate that each customer will have previously prepared, mixing between a wide range of sauces.
